Mama Bear was made from a wish for something chic and elevated, to fill the gap in the maternity clothing market in Australia. With this in mind, an original line of chic and timeless clothing was created which were meant to be worn not only when pregnant, but at every stage.

Mama Bear’s collections are designed to celebrate every choice, no matter your stage. We work hard to be a trusted resource for our community. We are here to be your breather. Our products are designed to make each moment - pregnant or not – enjoyable, rich, fun, and beautiful.

Our Mission

Our mission is to design a capsule collection of fashionable designer maternity wear; we aim to make our Mamas to be look stunning, comfortable in very stylish dresses for that special occasion, casual maternity dresses and jumpsuits.

All Mama Bear designs meet a high standard in quality and comfort, allowing Mums-to-be to carry their personal style confidently with a focus on environmental, ethical, and sustainable style, that you can wear throughout your pregnancy and beyond.  We strive to utilize clever cuts and expandable fabrics in all our maternity styles, making our clothing so comfortable it will feel as though it was custom made for you!

Ethical and Sustainable Production

Our imprint on the world matters. We are always aiming to increase our offer of eco-friendly fabrics. Most of the fabrics we use are derived from natural fibres that biodegrade much faster without releasing harmful chemicals into the environment.

Mama Bear continues to support local production with our designs made right here in Australia.
